A little history: sifting through a Vogue pattern book from the 1930s, we came across a design that was described as ’Pleasant sewing for warm days: a day-long frock of printed cotton’. The semi-sheer fabric of the Silk & Sawdust version makes it all the more feminine. But never fear, it’s as wearable as the original with its full lining.
